"The Concierge of the hotel was excellent. The gentleman who assisted me with getting to my room, booking a limousine back to the airport is an asset to this facility. The in room dining was okay they just have to get the food to the room before it's less than room temperature warm. The only dislike is not being a lento adjust room temperature of 24c, it's as if they do t have heat "

"The hotel was far from the hustle and bustle of cities. To go shopping or to visit tourist spots, you’d have to drive or take the shuttle bus provided free from the hotel. The hotel did have dining options though quite limited unless you opt for the buffet which was pricey. Due to its location, this hotel would suit travellers who don’t want to be in the midst of activities and action of big cities. "

"Location with wonderful view, great design, love a huge sink in the room ( not in the bathroom!) and fragrance throughout the hallway. Suggestion to have something other than hooks and bars in the bathroom for personal belongings especially near toilet area since the sink is outside the bathroom. "
